What is skateboarding

Skateboarding is the originator of extreme sports. Many extreme sports have evolved from skateboarding. The earliest skateboards were made by hobbyists who installed double-row roller skating brackets on wooden boards, and it gradually developed into the "cool" sport on the planet.

Skateboarding skills mainly include: The AerialL (on the slide bar), The Invert (on the U stage), The Ollie (take off with a board), these techniques can be said to be the most important skateboarding action besides the flip. Two important skateboard international organizations in the world: International Association of Skateboarders (full name: INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF SKATEBOARD COMPANIES abbreviated: IASC) and World Cup Skateboarding Competition (full name: WORLD CUP SKATEBOARDING abbreviated: WCS).

On December 7, 2020, the International Olympic Committee agreed to include skateboarding as an official event of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
